I’m a recent college graduate, in my early 20’s, and living in New Orleans. I’m originally from NY, but once I settled in here, I just haven’t found it in me to leave. I’ve always been passionate about food and cooking; and living in this city, my passion really took off. New Orleans Spin is a place for me to share my thoughts and experiences regarding food, recipes, restaurants, eating and drinking (heavily) in the city of New Orleans.
One of my goals for New Orleans Spin is to create a directory of NOLA’s top restaurants, along with reviews for each. I will write up a review for every restaurant I try throughout the New Orleans area. However, eating out is expensive, so this effort is limited by my budget. Please bare with me.
